Controversial musician turned politician has fired back at the Ghanaian president over a tweet post by the latter on Covid 19 vaccines.
In a Facebook Post, the leader and founder of an Accra base non partisan and non violent Ghanaian third force cum social movement said “Thank you your excellency. Please whenever one becomes available, line up your appointees and try it on them first before you give it to the people. Thank you.”
On Friday, 15th May, 2020 the Ghanaian president tweeted that together with some other leader all over the world, he had signed the UNAIDS Public Letter on a People’s Vaccine for Covid 19. He further emphasised the importance of the vaccines and its accessibility to people everywhere.

The Public letter on the People’s Vaccine against Covid 19 is a passionate appeal by global leaders, calling on Health Ministers at the World Health Assembly to rally behind a people’s vaccine against Covid 19 urgently. The leaders hope that, when a safe and effective vaccine is ready, it is produced rapidly at scale and made available for all people, in all countries, free of charge.

At the time of putting together, about 149 decision makers have appended their signatures to this letter. Among the leaders who signed this letter are Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo – President of the Republic of Ghana, Macky Sall – President of the Republic of Senegal, Moussa Faki – Chairperson of the African Union Commission and Ellen Johnson Sirleaf – President of the Republic of Liberia (2006-2018).
