Award-winning Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy, known in real life as Livingstone Etse Satekla, has brought to the public notice that his music Godfather, Samini, is a sellout.
This revelation came to the fore during his battle with Shatta Wale at the just ended Asaase SoundClash which came off on September 12, 2020.
This all happened when Shatta Wale unsettled Stonebwoy’s emotions as he performed a song by Samini dubbed “Masters” to spite the latter.
Recall that Samini was incensed that Stonebwoy was picked ahead of him to clash Shatta Wale, indicating that he was better placed for the clash than him (Stonebwoy).
With this history in mind, Stone was infuriated when Wale revisited the issue with his performance that sort to create the impression that he (Stone) was not a match for the clash and as as result, he fired salvos at his godfather, Samini by calling a sellout.
Stonebwoy said, “Oh e hard oo, if Eno be say because of sellout why some father sellout, like ebi ein friend be this one?”
Is Samini really a sellout? or Stonebwoy was just having fun as usual?
