Ghana’s cases of COVID-19 now stands at 8,070 cases according to updates from the President’s 10th address to the nation on measures taken by the government to deal with the effects of the coronavirus.
In the President’s 10th address, he revealed that 218,425 tests have been carried out so far, out of which 8,070 cases have been confirmed. A total of 2,947 persons have recovered, while 36 persons have died.
13 are said to be severely ill with one person currently on a ventilator. 5,087 persons are being managed at home, isolation centers, and hospitals.
