Final year students in the various Junior, Senior High, and Tertiary Schools in the country will be required to report to their schools in order to prepare for their final exams on June 15, 2020.

This new directive is part of the President’s PHASED APPROACH based on risk profiling for easing of restrictions on social gatherings.

Final year university, senior high and junior high schools students are expected to report on 15th, 22nd and 29th June respectively.

President Akufo-Addo also added that the directive is to be observed with class sizes of not more than 35 for Senior High Schools, not more than 25 for Junior High schools and not more than half of the class size for tertiary institutions.

In his closing remarks on schools, the president noted that all schools will be fumigated and disinfected and students as well as employees will be provided with reusable face masks.
